All our clients at Wakefield Financial Services have the option of using our online Portfolio Management Service (PMS.)
Performance of the funds within your portfolio may vary over time and if left unchecked the proportions of the different assets your funds represent could change, this could result in the portfolio becoming higher risk than intended when it was originally created.
Our Portfolio Management Service ensures your portfolio continues to stay closely aligned to its core asset allocation. On a quarterly basis we will review all the funds within your portfolio, underperforming funds will be identified and replacements will be recommended.
How It Works.
Every February, May, August and November you will receive either a letter or email from us asking you to confirm that you
are happy to proceed with any recommended fund changes. Once we receive your confirmation (either via freepost or through our secure
online portal) we will remove and replace underperforming funds and bring your portfolio back in line with the original asset allocation
and risk rating.
Should you request to receive your quarterly contact via e-mail you will also be able to view a live valuation of your plan 365 days a year. You will also be given the opportunity to inform us of any changes to your personal circumstances or attitude to risk at the time of the quarterly review.
Only with your consent to do so will your portfolio be updated and rebalanced in line with the core asset allocation and risk profile.
